  • When will I receive my order?

    To estimate the day of delivery of your order it is necessary to combine two numbers.

    The first number is the number of days listed on the product page as the Availability.  This is the number of days needed to process your order.      Example    Availibility: Ships in 2-3 business days.

    The second number is the number of days in transit.  If you select UPS ground this can be anywhere from 1-7 days, depending on the location we are shipping to.   Other shipping options are available and the number of days in transit  for these, self explanatory.

    The sum of these two numbers would be a close estimate of the delivery date. 

    If you have any concerns about receiving your order by a specific date, call us before placing your order. 

     

     

    Do you have a retail location?
    No, we do not.  All of our gifts are designed and created in a private design studio. 

    How do I schedule a design consultation?

    Design consultations can often be handled by email and/or telephone.  Occasionally, however, you may wish to meet with one of our designers, personally.  Our location in Southeren California allows us to have a personal design consultation with you in your home, if your reside in Los Angeles or Ventura Counties.  The cost of a personal design consultation is deducted in total from any resulting order.

    I live in the Los Angeles area but not in Ventura or Los Angeles Counties. Can you make a hand delivery to me?
    Yes, often we can.  Call us to inquire about the possibility and the resulting charge for delivery to Orange, Santa Barbara, or San Bernardino Counties.
