Shipping
We ship most of our products by UPS and offer hand delivery to Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, California. Phone or email us to learn the rate for hand delivery to your address within these counties.
Most orders are shipped within one week but custom products can take longer. If you have any concerns about arrival by a specific date, please contact us, before placing your order.
Please double check all shipping information since the additional charge incurred if the address is incorrect or incomplete will be charged to the customer.
Replacement Due to Damage
We will take great care in the packaging of your order. If despite this care, any product is damaged in shipping, please notify us with 3 business days of receipt. We will make the arrangements to replace the damaged item at no cost to you. In certain circumstances, we may request the return of the damaged product in the original packaging be made to us before replacement. Contact

Returns
Requests for returns are handled on a case by case basis and at the sole discretion of Exquisite Gifts for Guests. The custom nature of many of our products do not allow for returns to be made. If you experience a problem of any kind with your order, please do email us at orders@exquisitegiftsforguests.com within 3 business days of the receipt of your order. No returns should be made without prior authorization.
Substitutions
Occasionally it is necessary to substitute an item of equal or greater value for one not available in the pictured gift basket. In gift baskets that contain a keepsake item around which the basket is themed, we will not make a substitution to that keepsake item without first contacting you to discuss alternatives.
